I just got my brokerage statement for this month. My dividend was on the statement. It said, "record date, Nov 3 and Payment date, December 11th". I use DLJ direct. So according to my statement, my shares will be in my account on Friday. I would have posted this earlier, but my internet connection has been down in my room. I'm using the computer at the library right now. CJ

JDP, Not a problem, Bubba. Sometimes....especially after the Falcons pull out a squeaker......I tend to become more bullish about everything in general......and sometimes it's the Jack Black talking. There are lots of things to be considered when it comes to BANY.....so I want to bring up everything. I do believe folks need to make wise investment decisions. You weigh the value and the risk....IMO. This thread does a good job getting the information out.....and has been fortunate not to have the same problems as other small stock threads.....this is cool.....it says to me that there isn't a group or individuals that really want BANY to go down. Oh well, still lots of stuff coming.....IMO.....we'll just have to see how everything shakes out. bg
