PDavid: That's not quite right. They were sent home after one treatment because that's what the phase 1 protocol called for. I don't think its a great leap of logic to go from the point if TCLN has the money for phase 2 then they have the money to treat the phase 1' patients w/more than one dose. Blame it on the FDA.

ALYS: Some one on Yahoo posted the terms of the "alledged" deal to license LYM-1. If that person is right I hope the SEC and TCLN go after that person with all the weight they can bring to bear. As I've said before It's one thing to get inside info. It's criminal to post it. It makes us look bad. It could ruin the deal.
