Here is my spin on the news.Remember I am short. DCTC wants to get in bed with IXC.DCTC gives up 16 mil of stock to do business with IXC.IXC in return gives up an 18 mil debt that so far is uncollectable.If DCTC can only collect 50 cents on the dollar then IXC is getting DCTC stock at the same ratio of 50 cents on the dollar. Next June if DCTC stock is trading lower than $4.2 IXC gets even more stock.Bottom line is DCTC pays 16 mil for an 18 mil bad debt just to be able to do business with IXC.I guess DCTC is in the collection business now. Lucky.
