Dear Crossy - in that case, what stops the euro banks, let say AAN in this case, to sock it to the common holders? As I stated yesterday, those who made their money in distress securities have made enough money, so they have suffered a mini LTCM, no one would cry for them. However, the behaviour can be a warning to all those who deal with this mgt. Obviously, in this particular instance, mgt seems to be protecting its own shareholders. However, what stops mgt to protect its own interest 1st [before outside shareholders] comes the time it has to choose?

best, Bosco
