Stan, I believe that the primary reasons for the long term shorting in DCTC from about Nov. 97 - Nov. 98 was: 1. The 7 million + CC shares being sold. 2. The 3 million $ worth of series F shares preferred. The CC shares have essentially all been sold and the series F is being bought back. It appears to me that the long term reasons to short DCTC have been removed from the equation. I believe that the short term shorting we are seeing today is based on the technicals of our chart + the "sell on news" syndrome. I do not believe that this short will be around for long and that their efforts to depress our share price should be viewed for what it is, a buying opportunity. James James
