Lockheed Martin Information Management Services Becomes an Optivision Systems Integrator

PALO ALTO, Calif., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Optivision(TM), Inc., a leading provider of digital video communications products
worldwide, today announced the company has signed a systems integrator agreement with Lockheed Martin. The partnership
agreement enables Optivision to leverage Lockheed Martin's extensive national presence and large information technology
projects to expand their distribution capabilities in several areas, including transportation and government markets.

"Optivision is a first class organization with top quality digital video products," said Chris Herrin, project manager for Lockheed
Martin. "Their products will definitely add value to our information services solutions in a wide variety of market sectors."

The first combined project will be an Orange County, California automated toll roads surveillance application managed by
Lockheed Martin Information Management Services. Lockheed Martin selected Optivision's LiveSystem(TM) MPEG digital
video networking technology to send images collected from cameras at various toll road locations over the network to a central
traffic management station. This enables the roadways to be monitored in real time for safety and traffic management.

"Optivision is pleased to be partnering with Lockheed Martin to leverage their information technology expertise and nationwide
coverage in expanding our distribution channels," said Mike Galli, director of Marketing for Optivision. "We look forward to
working with Lockheed Martin on more projects with innovative network video technology applications like the Orange County
automated toll roads project."

Optivision's LiveSystem MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video transmission systems provide a low-cost, high-quality solution and enable
real-time, full motion transmission of audio and video over satellite, Ethernet, T-1, DS-3 or ATM networks. This flexible design
allows for a variety of customized configurations and applications, and LiveSystem products deliver high quality video images with
lower bandwidth requirements than prior systems.
