According to Solv-ex press release the "it has filed a lawsuit against Deutsche Bank AG, and it's affiliates, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Inc., and Morgan Grenfell Asset Management Ltd., as well as certain short-sellers of Solv-Ex common stock, including Parker Quillen, Quilcap Corporation, Martin Zweig, Zweig Advisors, Michelle Sarian, Fahenstock & Co., George Voelker, Tim Rice, Rice Voelker Bros. & Frantzen, Lee Mikles, Mark Miller, Mikles/Miller Management Inc., Stanley Trilling, Trilling Partners, Paine Weber Group, Inc., Asensio & Co., Manuel Asensio, And the Weir-Jones Engineering Consultants Ltd."

Release also indicates a private placement "earmarked for the cost of defending the SEC actions" "and for prosecuting the suit filed against Deutsche Bank and the short-sellers."

Also indicates Myers & Company an ABQ accounting firm associated with BDO Siedman to assist in bringing Solv-Ex current in its public filings upon emerging from chapter 11.

Also indicated working toward commercialization such as industrial minerals.
