I doubt that HEC will be a source through which to verify rumors. They can only talk at the time of a press release. In the mean time, we'll probably just be left with inuendo, posturing, and tells in the poker game of oil.

The drill bit may be penetrating the zone of interest at this time. The next step is logging followed by casing, perforation, and testing. They can't possibly be testing at this time if I am accurately informed. However, the mud program may be revealing some interesting "shows" as the zone is penetrated. Who knows???? Best to just wait and see.

P.S. Zeev... can HEC buy out these "floorless" issues or push them into conversion early to avoid the scenario you describe?
