Richard: your comment about Rubin is probably more related to getting out while the Dollar is good...because Rubin and the rest of us who are aware of what is going on w/the EU KNOWS that the dollar is headed for a 16% haircut GLOBALLY, MINIMALLY! That, coupled w/Y2K and Clinton's pending impeachment would be enough to "git while the gittin's good" for even the most staunch market manipulator...
