Hate to dissapoint everyone I know I am but there will be no Rolling Stone add till next year someone screwed up with the advertising. I was told that it was not TSIG's fault but regardless it is unescuseable. So our only hope to move forward in stock price is that big blockbuster announcement that is due this week.

Hi Jeff and ALL,

It is my understanding that the advertising agency screwed-up and even though they had our check in hand, they did not place the order with Rolling Stones in time for publication. Because of advertising cutoff dates, we probably won't be in Rolling Stones (lost among the myriad of other ads) until January.

Now for the good news. Starting in January and running every month for a year, we will have one half of the back cover of both "Spin" magazine and "Vibe" magazine. Each of these has circulations in the millions.

IMO, Jeff, too much emphasis has and is being placed on these ads. The primary goal should be to follow our gameplan... which is essentially corporate and organization group sales of the MusicCard. Again, IMHO, these are well on the way to fruition. The ads at this stage just make us as shareholders feel good. The more important factor is that I believe, IMHO, that TSIG will be almost debt-free and be in the black by the second quarter.

Be right... Sit tight!!!

Best always,

Marty
