Ned, thanks for the lead. I contacted Katherine and she faxed me a copy. It indicates that the SEC has filed a complaint against an "internet stock touting service" & its president. For touting & scalping the securities of 5 microcap securities. AWLT being one of them. I see NO accusations against AWLT or any of its officers. JOE
