DCTC is on the move and what once was a 100m company is now turning into a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY--and it hasn't been recognized by the street yet--going for a listing and a $4 stock will quickly turn into a $10-$20 dollar stock--using IXC fiber optics and facilities will boost this little bb stock to glory.
