Mornin' All,

I recall IIXC having somewhat of a stake in PSIX, PSINet, Inc, an ISP. Having limited to no knowledge of this industry (learning more and more each day!) I wonder if the scope of IXC is more far reaching than we know?? I am slightly partial to TEXAS companies <GG>!!!

speculation here---but Joe wouldn't have taken on this debt collection unless something else was under the surface here. <IMO> maybe some other deal has been formed --some asset this company has or agreement might have been made prior to this announcement?
