Hi MW,

If you have some free time in the near future, I'd be interested in some of your experience and opinions on Potashner. I assume you must have been a Maxwell investor, so I'd be curious about the high points of his stay with them.

I've read the articles that have popped up in the last month but there isn't a lot of information there. For that matter, some of the things I've read make me a little nervous. He's had a lot of jobs without staying in one place for very long. The Maxwell chart has a flash in the pan flavor to it. And an anecdote about jumping out of perfectly good airplanes and expecting his staff to do the same, strikes me as the mental state of a person that either isn't wrapped too tight, or is still seeking some rite of passage to manhood. At this stage, my bet is still on the horse rather than the jockey. If S3 were to turn all their patents into marketable products, I don't think any investor would have a thing in the world to worry about.

Regards,

Don
