Uncle Frank, although Dell is up around 1 1/2 today, the volume continues to be very low as compared to Dell's average daily volume. This concerns me as the MM seem to be buying stocks other than Dell. Look at Cpq's volume, it's about 17 million shares vs. 8 million for Dell.

If Dell were moving up on large volume, I would say that we are trying to make a new high for the stock. However, given the weak volume, I would not be surprised to see the stock drop back to its 63 dollar trading range. I still think the MM want to see this quarter's earnings, revenue, etc. numbers before committing large sums of money.

So, I sorry to say that I can't comment on the purchase of the stock as I think it can go either way. The stock seems to follow the market's indices.
