Actually they should be called 'non-companies'. They don't report because they have nothing to report. None have ever really performed a service or made a product. And the press releases are almost always totally false. Like the convenience stores that the PR's said were owned, and in actuality were never owned by any Christensen company. And don't forget the casino cruiseship that was never owned.

Anyone who thinks the SEC investigation stems solely around MTEI is kidding themselves. After all, they started investigating on June 2, and MTEI didn't own the shell until June 5. Christensen is squarely in the middle of the investigation.

And you could bet your ass that Christensen's lawyers would issue the same 'no comment' that they gave the Houston Chronicle.
