Hey gang,
I'm just a country pumkin that doesn't have a lot of trading smarts, but I do have alot of faith in the management of DCTC!!!!

Has anyone thought that maybe the bad debt could be used to leverage
this CALLING CARD BUSINESS, you do realize that we are in this business. And could it be that DCTC is this "bad debt". And IXQ
is getting a tax write off to purchase stock of DCTC.

Just a thought, if I thought MR. MURPHY sold me out like you must think I promise you I would sell!!!

THESE ARE JMHO!!!

Tom

DM,
<<<<Not assuming the debt"??? Ummmm, DCI will try to collect $18M, and has *paid* IXC $16M in corporate assets for the "privilege." Please explain to me how this is different than "assuming the debt." If DCTC can't colect, they are in the hole for $16M.>>>>

I think we will find out later today that DCI has not intention of trying to collect anything. They paid $15-20 million for a 5 year licensing agreement for all of IXC's fiber optics

Best Regards
