That looks like a good move though expected. When the loved one makes minor moves like this it is usually rewarded with another $1 billion in market cap! They will get some cross-polination and maybe advertising revenues from the deals they can cut. That's like the reverse of the situation in which AMZN and Barnes pay MSN, Yahoo! and others for the top advertising spots.

The reacton by wall street was certainly underwhelming. This stock is really fizzling out.
