$30 games usually work with a rebate.

you pay $40 and get $10 in the mail,
and they bet most won't bother.
Besides, retail is slow all over
the Northeast with the mild weather.
Guess they had to make room for newer
inventory like Eidos's Theif...

Local CompUSA (SoCal) had Half-Life on sale at $29.95 stacked high and deep. Local Costco had Half-Life at $39.95 + $10.00 rebate=$29.95.
Local CompUSA had TombRaider III at $49.95.
According to salesman both were moving extremely well with TombRaider III ranked 2nd behind Half-Life.
