The markets are nervous & will use any excuse to sell off en mass or on an individual issue. Even with the caveats, the news below has probably spooked some investors. Could be a second chance buying op. biz.yahoo.com RESEARCH ALERT-Aspect Telecom NEW YORK, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Hambrecht & Quist said that a new analyst was covering Aspect Telecommunications Corp., and the company's rating had changed to buy from strong buy. -- Hambrecht & Quist said the move was not to be construed as a downgrade, because it was the result of the different analyst taking on coverage of the firm. -- No further details were immediately available.
