Has anybody actually seen the product on the shelf? Hard for me to believe they are slotting in a new product in December...I have been in the grocery business on the distributor/broker side for 15 years and have been calling on Wal-Mart for 5 of those.
Before everyone flames me for asking the above question, let me tell you that far stronger profits will be made other places then WalMart. If you break even or a little ahead as a small company at WALMART, consider yourself lucky. I know for a fact that reclamtion runs over 3% for most companies at Walmart.
It will be the 20-50 store independent chains that the money will be made.
Lastly, I have owned TCBG for some time. I am very familiar having worked for Phillip Morris (Owner of Kraft Foods) for many years.
Best of luck to everyone,
Garry
