I'm not trying to hurt yoour feelings, but I believe you did not do your homework before you bought MALL, which is a speculative stock, especially at the prices you have mentioned. Six months from now those who hold shares of MALL will be issued shares of UBID. The ratio will be approx. .82 shares of UBID for every share of MALL. At the same time the distribution takes place the price of MALL will adjust. It could be possible that UBID and MALL will both be say $30 per share at this time, so the .82 shares of UBID will be worth $24.50 and MALL will adjust to be worth $5.50. This will happen after the market and on a specific day. As to where the price of UBID and MALL will be after the 30 day IPO waiting period ends (and UBID can be shorted) no one can be sure but they will trade in step, up and down unlike what is happening right now.

If any of the more knowledgeable on this subject think this explanation is wrong please let me know. I am no longer in the stock and have never seen any explanation of the end-game distribution and how it would look on paper.
