December is historically a flat month. It's hard to read,look for a pull back of 5% or so but in single digits, nothing big.

OT-did you see CIPS wants to sell Clenton power plant? They can't get it fixed after 3 years (or what ever) off line, so now they want to dump it B4 Y2K.
Looks to be a cold cold winter in Illinois.
