todd i read yahoo btim thread. it is very informative. as you say there are good threads on si & bad. imo it depends on short position & who is short, who needs stock & if they can get it. when bashers refer to shareholders in mean spirited fashion or in patronizing way it makes no sense to be grease for there mill. at that time it is best to communicate underground which imo defeats purpose of si but there you have it.

I think the BTIM thread here use to be good when Mark Voelker and Jim Roof and even Stephen How were posting, then it dried up, but you are right, in earlier times it was a good thread here, and then Yahoo became the home for biotime discussions.
