Jim, a good entry point for Dayton will be the day the court decision is annouced. DAY will probably bottom out below 10 cents. At the point, DAY becomes a play because I believe Newcrest with buyout Dayton. However, there is a significant risk that Dayton will just collapse all together when the debenture is called in and if the courts require a big fine be payed to Medinah for stealing ore from Churrmata claims. Pretty risky but not too bad if you get in under 10 cents.
