Don't know anything about the company but I can comment on the chart. Stock has been falling on decreasing volume after a huge run-up which probably indicates it will take on more kick at the bucket. Normally stocks try to close gaps. In this case the stock gapped up at $6.5. From a technical standpoint this is a fairly good entrance point with a stop-loss at the starting price of the gap. Can't really say anything else about it. Best Regards KEITH
