GM, In general, the Koreans and Japanese need to follow the lesson from US corporations in highlighting shareholder value IMHO. Until they focus on this, these maneuvers are more or less smoke and mirrors more than anything else. A D/E of 200% is still way too high, for me at least. There are always those willing to invest- that's what makes a market. I haven't gone over the specifics of the article and the restructuring, but I am wary that we will indeed see significant positive change here, based solely on the practices of their past. Again, this is just my VHO, since I have not really read up on the specifics. BK
