At least I know I am not alone<G>.
Some are suggesting that email isn't the way to fix things..
All I want for starters is a response, period...never mind how we eventually get it
fixed..if ever..Telling me that this specific problem will never be fixed would make
me happier than the perennial bit bucket. I also wonder if I'm the only one with this
problem and that it may be my environment.
Shoot the messenger mentality .

Yes, A simple reply stating "yes we know about it" or "We'll look in to it" makes a lot of difference IMO. Cone of silence is never desirable.

I checked with Janene on your e-mails, and it looks like she responded to every one. She was waiting for a response to her last e-mail, and never got one from you.

We don't know what is happening, and can't re create it here, but you certainly got responses to all your e-mails.
