i've got lots of warrants and mr. robinson never called me <G>. actually warrants up 9/16 and common up 11/16 so the warrants are lagging.

Two days ago LGND closed at $10, so its up about 13% in two days. Therefore wouldn't you expect LGNDW to be up over 20% in the same period? What makes you think that the buyers are DR friends trading on inside info. That's a pretty serious charge. Do you have anything to back up such a charge, other than the fact that the warrants and underlying stock went up in anticipation of news that was widely reported. The approval vote on Panretin was 8-1 and an approvable letter was issued. The vote on ONTAK was 14-0 and the vote was some time ago and LGND responded to questions some time ago. LGND said in a press release, conference call, and the BBRS conference that they thought approval would be granted this month. LGND IR has told anyone who asked that they were still hoping for this month for both ONTAK and Panretin, and this morning BBRS again said that they expected both drugs to be approved this month. Do you consider everyone who follows LGND to be among DR's "friends"?
