Speaking of GLCCF...Iiiitttts Baaaacccckkk!

Up over 50% today and rising rapidly. The web site officially opened this weekend. Apparently doing well. Could get another CNBC mention, since it is one of the top winners today.

Word on the street: BKS (Barnes & Noble) will be spinning of BarnesandNoble.com as an IPO.

Reportedly in the works. Big deal with Microsoft announced today. Already had a broker from Gainesborough call me about it. They're expecting a BKS run up to at least $40. Bought BKS Dec 19 call options (strike price $30 at 1 1/2 yesterday. Now sitting $3 3/8-$3 3/4 and rising. BarnesandNoble.com has been advertising heavily recently, adding fuel to the speculation that the company is increasing awareness prior to IPO announcement. Barnes&Noble looking for Amazon-type valuation, which has eluded them with their internet business buried in with regular store operations.
