Juli, I suspect that you now understand why conference calls need to handled so that only DCI shareholders participate. Admission to the annual meetings requires proof that one is a shareholder and conference calls should be the same. IMO. It was obvious to me that we had people on the call, whose only intent was to disrupt and prevent interested DCI shareholders from hearing our CEO and Jack Adams explain the impact of today's news. I thought that it was a very generous offer for DCI to arrange this CC on such a short notice and it's obvious that the intent was to clear the air so to speak with respect with regards to today's news release. I would hope that future conference calls will be set up, but that they be limited to only current DCI shareholders.

A brief synopsis of what I learned from the call:

1. The revenues from Edge are increasing much faster that I would have guessed. This little company when we were first looking at them were only running 5 million/year, today they are running 6.4 million PER MONTH or a 76.8 million/year run rate.

2. The part about us taking management control of the Discount firm that did not pay IXC, is of little importance to us. We do end up with a switch owned by this Dicounter and also their licenses, but DCI is not acquiring any debt or other obligations as a result of this. The stock we are giving IXC is for the rights to collocate EVRYWHERE that IXC is and at "Most favored Nations rates". The potential of this contract is truly staggering, considering that the original goal was to just build DCI to where it was running 100 million in revenues. Hmmm, at the rate Edge is growing, that one division could be there soon by itself...

3. DCI is pursuing a listing on the Nasdaq thru the Wavetech merger and now that this is progressing well, the AMEX is talking to us again...we shall see.

4. There are other deals on the table that were not talked about, but it was indicated that DCI's plate was pretty full already, so the push now will be to ramp up existing contracts. And yes, the alliance with ICX does help us on that front. (keep in mind we have 340 million $ contracts currently ramping up with TWC and another 48 million contract with Edge)

So anyway, despite the efforts of those who would sink to the level of disrupting a conference call, some good information was passed on. If anyone here knows who it was that was disrupting today's conference call and using foul language in the process, drop me an email at: soaring@digital.net .
