Hi Hal: Thanks for your very interesting CLEC comparison. It is not really surprising WCII should come out in the lead, given the intrinsic deployment speed advantage of wireless. However, the fact that ICIX came in as a strong second is interesting, given how battered this stock has been recently. Also, I do not necessarily think that a regional scope is so bad. For example GSTX's assets on the West Coast might be highly valuable to an out of area ILEC (one can always dream, right?) ar even a fiber baron who would want to challenge US West of PacBell on their own turf.
