And sometimes juries are just part of a corrupt public. No one would claim that juries that exonerated Klansmen just mistake-prone.

But what indication do you have that mistakes were made in interpreting either facts or law here, Bill? Should the jury have ignored the Sun Diamond ruling? Was it a mistake to take it into consideration? Is the OJ tie-in that just won't die somehow more relevant legally? www2.techstocks.com
