So? You need evidence that the public was harmed? Read the trial exhibits. Read Hewlett Packard's complaints to Microsoft about increased customer complaints due to Microsofts' restrictions. It's beyond a doubt that the public was harmed at this point.

Personally, of course, I've always thought that "the consumers" would benefit from an OS that sucked less. The great minds of Microsoft seem to differ on that count.
