Well, I WAS incorrect on the Shelby shares. they have given him 300,000 up front (that is $2,400,000) and 250,000 (that's $2,000,000 more) when the car hits the road.

I think even the Countess could put an OX2 in a car for $4,400,000. In fact I know two experts who will probably help me do it for only $1,000,000. Of course my name isn't Shelby, so I guess the other $3.4 million is for the Shelby name.

NOW, is THAT excess profit to Shelby, mindless development spending by AENG or the purchase of some intangible?
