For what it's worth this is what Briefing.com said about yesterday's action. I wonder where they get these "targets". "Compaq (CPQ -2 5/16) Long-time laggard showing signs of reestablishing leadership role, as stock advanced more than 2 points to a new 52 wk high of 38 11/16... Needs to close above 40 to break out of 15-mo trading range... Penetration of this ceiling would position CPQ for a intermediate-term test of the 48-50 area... "
