The biggest problem ELBO has is earnings. People can actually put a valuation on the stock. I think that the analysts are too conservative on the stock though. ELBO needs to get one more good quarter out there or tell us how sales have been doing on their Internet site for the stock to get going. The stock is seen as retail still not as both Internet and Retail. However, given the retail numbers the estimates are in my opinion too conservative. They had 425 stores last Christmas and 533 this Christmas. The analysts also don't understand that the Web site will help with the weak quarters when people are not going to the malls to shop. But, I really believe that the problem with ELBO is earnings, and only one quarter reported since public. The next quarter will have store and Internet numbers. The quarter to quarter numbers for the stores will be really good, but the Internet numbers should be the factor that gets this stock moving. They company needs to report how things are going with the online site. They also need to do some advertising and gets some banners and site agreements with ISP's and destination sites. Brent
