I've had pretty good luck with targeting the email, Sean. data@quotes-plus.com for specific data errors, gary@quotes-plus.com for non-support items, and support@quotes-plus.com with an occasional Cc to Gary for the rest. Bob Same as what I do. Support at quotes-plus usually always responds although it might take them a week. Gary on the other hand just chooses to ignore some questions. I can show you examples of email where he will answer 1 of 2 questions and then you respond back about the second and he won't respond. You can say all you want but I know this to be true and hopes he improves in the future. I have pointed this out numerous times. If you really want I post all the gory details of the numerous times its happended. I have all the email in the world to back it up and gary doesn't deny it either... Sean
