I'm sure George Bigelow is typing away. Should see his notes soon. Right GEORGE?
I would, but the only thing I could hear well enough was the bad mannered person who interupted the call.

George, I can't - except for what I posted & alot of F*cks, get off my
phone, & I'm trying to make a call. I was only on for 5-6 minutes &
think Joe did well by saying stuff would be posted on FAQ's on their
web page. I'm impressed with what Joe put up with for his shareholders.........Value

George , there are others here that heard the call and know a lot more than me, but......

1) I heard Joe say we will be a 1 billion company in a little over two yrs. (revenues)

2) I believe he said they are not looking to acquire any more businesses

3) other contracts in the works, nothing as big as what we have. They are going to concentrate on filling contracts we have

4) if we get our price we would sell today

5) we bought the switch and rights from the company that was in default for the shares we gave up. Biggest event in history of company.

6) referred to this deal as a 'sweatheart of a deal'

Please anybody correct or add to this list

Wes

I managed to catch part of the call - from 3.30 to about 3.55.
DCI has not taken on any part of the debt from the debit card co., which has been identified to be Discount Communications Inc. DCI assumes control of their switch and licensing agreements. This immediate cash flow injection is what they have paid $16m in stock for as well as access to IXC's fibre optic cable which in turn will make the co. more attractive to potential suitors.
Mr. Murphy identified that Edge was producing $1.6m per week. He also identified that there is still to be a significant announcement coming soon of a deal with a major international telecom - hinting at Europe. Hope this helps.

Alan
