The following headline came out after the close: AMERADA HESS SAYS TO REDUCE CAPITAL EXPENDITURES To $900 MLN FROM $1.45 BLN If this triggers a little dip on the opening tomorrow, will be a great buying opportunity IMHO

I would appreciate your opinion, if you have one.<<< I thought for sure that we would get some take on the Arab Leaders meeting of today, Tue, and Wed. The explosion we had today can only be explained to the extent we had today on short covering, and a great triple bottom in the sector. Triples are so rare for a sector I'll have to do some dd to even try to guess where it will lead. Meanwhile too many individual stocks have too far to go to reach resistance points. Wait to see what comes out of the Arabs conference this week...no one has mentioned it yet except 'moi'. It will be like getting a free draw for a one eyed jack.
