I would not be too quick to predict a slow down in accumulation.
Why?
It could also be likely that people will take a look at today's news, realize the implications (which also may include the fact that the "quiet period" is about to end with this news announcement merely being a harbinger of things to come) and decide the time to buy DGIV shares is now! We have all seen how quickly DGIV share price can go up on buys :)

This isn't even major. Look at april, may and june. That is major. We ain't touched it yet.

Like I said. Take it to $0.50. I don't care. The news will bust the bucket when it hits.
