Frank, that story was all true as it was happening. I finally got through to a real live human being when I called back and I told her I wanted to drop all of the premium channels. I told her I am already paid up through the 13th of this month so I wanted them dropped after that date. Guess what she told me? You got it - "well you can call back then. If I do anything now it will drop the services immediately." What a hi-tech company they are. And so service oriented.
