Las Dos Marias: So what does it all mean?
1)There are layers of mantos deposits between 200 and 500 meters thick(lots of non minerlizaton in that 200 to 500 total) and around 400 meters X 1000 meters in horizontal extent. This deposit is on the East Side of the valley and has successfuly been mined in the past.
2)Shear zone type deposit in NW quadrant of valley-about 100 meters wide by 400 meters-depth unknown. Shear zone contains extensive veinlets of minerlization that formed in all the cracks in the rock created by shear. Shear zone also successfully mined in past.
3)At the intersection of the shear zone at depth and a grandiorite pluton intrusive-a massive sulphide type deposit is located-ie the mother lode if you will. Evidence of its existance include the IP results, surface outcroppings, a TAILINGS PILE from the shear zone that contained alterned grandiorite/suphides rock containing over 5 grams of gold/ton of chemically bound gold not recovered in the previous workings-it is assumed that there was plenty of free gold recovered. It is believe that the shafts in the shear zone hit the suphides material somewhere below the surface-shafts are currently too steep to enter and are falling in.

I believe with 3 distinct significant deposits found so close together that Las Dos Marias could very likely be mined economically in its on right without considering its big brother Lipangue. House wants to drill the 3 deposits with around 8 holes to confirm gold values. Apparantly, Las Dos Marias was drilled unsucessfully in the past using old conventional methods-based on the amount of material adjacent to each old drill hole-they didn't get very far-drill bits probably broke etc.

Still waiting on seeing the Lipangue report.
