Hi, Limtex. That's some creative writing; gives me the image of a sea turtle always returning to it's place of birth.

I'd love to see an analysis of the turnover and the average holding period of the Q. Sometimes seems like the "investors" must have a small minority of the outstanding shares.

Regards. ...Tim

Here's some comparative valuations.
There simplistic in that they don't deal properly with things like
offset calender years and don't include things like the fact that
MSFT has some 15 bil+ in cash, but nonetheless illustrative.
Price to Sales might be the most salient number because
it doesn't have the drawbacks. Also seems to make the
question of whether or not MSFT is a monopoly moot..

Trail P/E FY99 P/E Price/Sales

LU 57 46 4.35
NOKA 41 30 5.2
ERICY 33 27 2.1
MOT 65 28 1.2
QCOM 34 19 1.1

MSFT 65 60 21
CSCO 64 53 13
DELL 70 63 5
INTC 36 29 5

Seems to me the mkt is saying that people are afraid Q won't make
the estimates, or that it will not prevail in 3G negotiations.
