That you will sell AMD at the peak prior to the launch of the K7 at or near the peak? Heck, I might try that myself. That AMD won't be able to deliver the K7 at a profit for 18 months? Hey, you could be right (or wrong)...at any rate I see what you are getting at and I mirror your concerns. As far as selling the K7 for the same as the current Intel chip... depends on the performance. The K7 could very well demand a Premium... Even at 184mm2 the K7 will have a silicon cost 40-60 bucks conservatively...depending on yields of say 50%. Jim
