To ALL These are recent analysts "buy sell hold" ratios Strong Buy11 Moderate Buy10 Hold5 Moderate Sell2 Strong Sell0 Surprised by the number of holds, stock up nearly seven points today. Seems MSFT is unbeatable...but does anyone have the details of the barnes & noble deal?

It is sooo amazing how you all are pinning your DOJ's hopes on ONE state deciding to pull out. One state of 20! Wake up folks! Do you really think the DOJ is going to stop its trial because one state pulls out. Talk about being desperate! If you all were so confident that MSFT is so innocent then you shouldnt be pinning your hopes on the trial falling apart before a decision is made by Jackson. But since you all are hoping for that, then it clearly shows that you all know who will likely win the DOJ/MSFT trial. Come on folks! get back to earth here. SC doesnt grasp the point to the Trial in the first place. The trial is about MSFT's abuse of its OS monopoly to destroy a competitor in another area of the industry. Its not about a competitive internet area. hehehehe Toy
