several phone calls by investors do not constitute an "outcry for news"! we longs knows the company is working on contracts. This news release does not validate that knowledge for us. It validates it for the naysayers (if they have an open mind and no hidden agenda, of course!) there was no sell off. In fact, there was more buying than selling after news release...all are very good signs to me!!! Take it for what it is worth. I prefer to look at it as a very positive step for the company. Of course ,those with hidden agenda (hello shorters) would publicly state otherwise in a continuing effort to fool others. It is all quite obvious :)
