I won't shut up Why?

Because people go to the malls to shop Thanksgiving week end not the net. The net is going to be big for the last minuet folk. The people who don't want to go to the malls. When I talked to the Kid today he said that they want to make sure that this is done right. there are some glitches. It's obvious that they are working on it. We will see. And as far as ME being CLUELESS if you look over the SEC repoerts you will see that the company has released an 8k on every press release that they put out. So in other words you make no sense!

gusher,

I was about to post an apology for saying the announcement of the restructuring of the site was insignificant, and only used for hype, but I checked on a summary of the rules for an 8-K filing, and this is what I found:

8-K

This is a report of unscheduled material events or corporate changes deemed of importance to the shareholders or to the SEC. Items 1-3 and 8 must be reported in an 8-K within 15 days of the event. Items 4 and 6 must be filed within 5 business days after the event, and Item 5 is optional, meaning there is no mandatory time for filing.

Item 1 - Changes in Control of Registrant
Item 2 - Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
Item 3 - Bankruptcy or Receivership
Item 4 - Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant
Item 5 - Other Materially Important Events
Item 6 - Resignation of Registrant's Directors
Item 7 - Financial Statements and/or Exhibits
Item 8 - Change in Fiscal Year

The only option that the Site Reconstruction announcement falls under, I believe is Item 5, which is what the 11/24/98 8-k was filed under (I think. I currently cannot pull up this filing through Freeedgar or MSN Investor). This is a totally optional filing. Therefore a press release that was not needed.

I do however agree with the rest of you points.

David
