We already knew Win 98 had at least two non-compliant files in it because Discover Y2K told us.

From yesterday's news.
".... an announcement that a Year 2000 (Y2K) compliance problem had been detected in their released Windows 98 operating system. Such a finding in a released software product from the worlds most influential and profitable software maker did add some more nervousness to the "Millenium Bug" saga. Hence a FREE update for the Y2K correction is available from their Web site (www.microsoft.com)."
