What is bad? Selling can also be from year end tax write offs. Since I am now in the benefit of the doubt mode of TPII management I just thought of a theory as to way the information was shutdown after July. Is it possible that because they started SEC reporting they had to become selective about company information? I really dislike all whispers and rumor talk. If news exists, release it if not we don't need false starts. If this was a football game you can get a 5 yard penalty.

BONZ--come on, you know better, Sam was just a sweet and innocent admin, fresh out of university. She took the heat from this thread too seriously, poor gal. Didn't know the level of input here. McCann is the co-founder of TPII, along with Mighton. Gary is an impressive gent, plenty of contacts, lots of things working. I've met and have confidence in he and Mighton's ability to extract some value from this crisis... I'll bet 1st quarter ain't that bad at all...especially in the context of "the globe not dealing with their Y2k problem as they should" Don't underestimate the significance of Vertex 2000--Bemer will be vinidicated. Bemer's workaround is an option many will find prudent, given their sorry state. Bemer and his Vertex 2000 will make a significant impact on Y2k history.... Peter
